Our Studio
2020 was shaping up great! My vision was coming together. I had a residency at a gym, and word of mouth had my classes getting bigger. The need for more space, had my husband and I looking all over the city for another place to practice… then it happened. COVID 19. All of our lives hit a big pause button. We needed to get creative and. Born out of necessity, we got started! My husband grabbed paint and pallet wood. I grabbed a camera, laptop, and lights. Now we have an amazing in home studio. While currently we are only teaching via ZOOM, we now have a space for the future!

YES! We have them, the Complete Life Balance “Bend Don’t Break” Ladies V-Neck T’s. These 100% all cotton T-Shirts are slightly unique as each is hand pressed in the creation process, so no two are really the same. This original design was created for us with love from the good people at Sun&Moon, LLC. and Do You Designs. Being cotton, these are form fitting and run slightly on the small side. Get’m while we Got’m!
