My name is Cassandra Struble, the owner of Complete Life Balance. My life has always been about constant change and learning to adapt. I truly understand how difficult change and shifting perspective can be, but I know we all have the power within ourselves to be the change we need. My goal is to provide services that help balance peoples lives as they grown and adapt through life’s journey.

I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who is working towards my 500 hours. I recently earned my 100 hour certification from YogaFit for Holistic Whole Body Health. Besides my 500 hour certification, I am also currently working towards a 140 hours in Trauma Sensitivity training, 100 hour Mind Body Recovering and 100 hour Ayurveda Lifestyles coaching. On top of my yoga background, I have practiced Transcendental Mediation for over 20 years and was raised in a Ayurveda focused home. Meditation, grounding and self-care routines are part of who I naturally am.

I started my own personal yoga practice in 2014 when my life was at a truly at a broken place.  Life was very stressful and painful.  My coping mechanisms were failing me as my weight approached 400 lbs.   A severe back injury in 2012 gave me very limited painful mobility and food had become my only coping skill …

2014 was a turning point that I needed positive change  I recognized my lifestyle and my daily routines were completely out of balance and making every day life more difficult.  When I signed up for my first yoga series at through my corporate job.   I had an amazing teacher who taught yoga as a coping skill and breathing techniques.  After I completed my first six weeks I was hooked,  I started  to see the changes it made it in my everyday life.  From there my world began to open and I knew this was the start of change. 

In 2018, I decided to become a yoga instructor to deepen my practice and to find peace and balance in my life.  .  Besides yoga and mediation I focus on harnessing better self care through positive self talk, living in the moment, mindfulness and finding a balance that brings my happiness. On top of practicing vinyasa and ashtanga yoga several days a week, but I am also an avid runner.  I have not done anything fancy or ran a marathon, but I run several times a week .  I would love to be part of your self inspiration and help you bring better balance and peace to our daily lives.
