CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Life Flow Yoga

A typical Hatha yoga class based on connecting our breath and movement. Using a wide range of yoga postures, this practice is designed to balance our minds and bodies while raising our body temperature by creating heat from within. The practice is aimed at reducing our stress and anxiety using common breath techniques while engaging our core muscles as we flow.

Power FlowYoga

Power FlowYoga takes our Life Flow practice and ups the heat-building phase of our practice. Power Flow Yoga uses basic yoga postures and is taught just like a flow. However, the pace of our Power Flow can be a bit faster and some postures can be held longer giving the students space to challenge and deepen their practice. Our Power Flow practice is designed to get our heart rate up, engage our core muscle groups, and give ourselves space to challenge our mind-body connection through our flow.

Foundational Life Flow

This practice is designed to create stability within the foundations of basic yoga postures. We provide a space for students to start connecting our breath with our movement. Our Foundational Life Flow practice teaches beginner breathing techniques, stability, and the foundations of how a yoga flow works. This practice is also a good place for those who are returning to yoga practice and would like to start again. We feel anytime and any place is a good time to start!

AM Life Flow Yoga + Weights

This is a 45-minute AM Life flow yoga that includes hand weights to quickly heat up our bodies and burn calories by adding simple weights to our movements. We connect our breath and weightlifting to maximize results. The flow will wrap up at 6:55 am with a 5 mins optional meditation. This practice is designed to balance and jump-start off our mornings with a challenge! Due to the length of this practice, we will get started right away. As all clients enter, all mics off and cameras off will be turned off. You can choose if you would like to turn on your camera, it is not required.

Balance Restoring Chair Yoga

This practice is designed to create stability for all ages and teach the foundations of basic yoga postures. We want to create a space for students to start connecting our breath and movement while having s Our Balance Restoring Chair Yoga teaches breathing techniques, balance, and the foundations of how a yoga flow works from the comfort of your chair.

AM Life Flow Yoga

This is a quick 35 minutes AM Life flow yoga to quickly connect our breath and movement. We will set an intention, breath, and get our mornings moving. The flow will wrap up at 6:30 am with a 5 mins optional meditation. This practice is designed to balance and jump-start off our days! Due to the length of this practice, we will get started right away. As all students enter, all mics off and cameras off will be turned off. You can choose if you would like to turn on your camera, it is not required.

Manifest Thru Meditation

Let us start our morning with focus, energy, and balance. Join Cassandra for this 15-20 minute mediation session. Each week we will try different types of mediations and give ourselves options to create a regular practice. Due to the length of this practice, we will get started right away. As all students enter, all mics off and cameras off will be turned off. You can choose if you would like to turn on your camera, it is not required.

Relaxation Meditation for Balanced Sleep

Our Body Relaxation Meditation for Balanced Sleep uses very basic yoga postures to ease our monkey minds and prepare them for a 20 minute beautiful guided mediation focused on mind/body awareness. This practice is also known as Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra or a “yoga sleep” has been used for over 5,000 years and has been proven to assist our brain with easing stress and anxiety. It does so, by getting to our brain to their “Delta” sleep stage or our deepest sleep wave and skipping our lightest sleep stage.

Personal Flow Yoga Session

Schedule a personal yoga flow session with Cassandra who will design a client-focused yoga program. Cassandra will focus your practice on the client’s goals they would like to achieve on their mind | body journey. Not sure where or how to start, Cassandra understands that this is the hardest part!
